Ingredients
- 1 cup (227 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup (112 g) margarine
- 1 (12 oz) can (240 g) evaporated milk
- 2 cups (240 g) powdered sugar, sifted
Instructions
In a small saucepan, melt chocolate chips and margarine over medium heat.
Stir in evaporated milk and sifted powdered sugar.
Bring to a boil. Cook for two minutes, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
Remove from heat and let sit for about five to ten minutes to thicken and cool down slightly. Enjoy!
