Easy and Delicious Peppermint Bark Bars
These Peppermint Bark Bars have a crunchy Oreo crust layered with creamy chocolate fudge, topped with rich dark and white chocolate chips and crushed candy canes. It’s the perfect and easiest Christmas dessert.

- 24 Oreos
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups dark chocolate chips, divided
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 3-4 candy canes, crushed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 9 x 13 inch baking dish with foil or parchment paper, lining all sides of the dish. Set aside.
In a food processor, add Oreos and blend until finely crushed. Add melted butter and mixed until combined. (If you do not have a food processor, use a rolling pin to crush Oreos.)
Evenly spread Oreo mixture to baking dish and firmly press to the bottom of pan. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt 1 cup dark chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk, stirring continuously. Once melted, evenly pour over Oreo crust.
Sprinkle remaining dark chocolate chips and white chips over fudge. Press down firmly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle crushed candy canes. Cool completely.
Once cooled, remove bars from baking dish using the foil or parchment paper. Cut into bars.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
